This well appointed home can accommodate a max of four guests.
The entire home has high end finishes, furnishings & artworks, AC in all spaces and large windows for enjoying the jungle views. The living space is open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, large island and living area with multiple seating options and a flat screen TV. 
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a laundry room with washer-dryer-utility sink.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, attached bathroom and private deck. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hall bath. 
The front patio has a pool table and the back patio has the pool and bbq area. 

Things to note:
This is a non-smoking property, including the home, veranda, and outdoor areas. 
No large dogs, cats or young children accepted. Will consider small well trained dog. 
Shared space: The back patio bbq area is shared with the studio apartment tenant. The quiet single studio tenant occupies part time.
